WHO I AM:

I’m Scott Taylor, a state licensed Certified Peer Support Specialist and the founder of Reign Over Recovery. I’ve walked the hard road—through addiction, mental health challenges, incarceration, trauma, and deep personal loss. But I’ve also fought my way back through healing, purpose, and the power of education.

I started this agency to help others like me reclaim their lives. I’m not just here to talk about recovery and change—I've mapped out a new life and I live it everyday. I want to work with you and see you do the same. I’ve turned my lived experience into a mission: to guide people through their own transformation with peer support, education, & career skills—real tools that changes lives for good.
