Executive Director:
My name is Jason, Program Director here at Reign Over Recovery. I’ve been in recovery for 12 years strong. I’ve felt what it’s like to hit bottom — but I also know what it means to fight your way back. Through hard work, faith, and the people who believed in me, I turned my life around. I’ve owned and operated a successful business, led teams across different industries, and found my greatest purpose in helping others do the same. Most of all, I’m a husband and a proud father to a little girl with Williams Syndrome who’s absolutely thriving. I’m here not just to guide this program — but to walk alongside every person who’s ready to reclaim their life.
Administrative Director:
I’m Brandon, the Administrative Director of Reign Over Recovery. I know what it means to rebuild from the ground up. I’ve faced addiction, incarceration, and the kind of setbacks that break most men — but I refused to stay broken. Through structure, humility, and relentless self-discipline, I’ve carved out a life of purpose and accountability. My role at ROR is to keep the machine running smooth — operations, systems, compliance, and the day-to-day execution that allows our team to serve others without chaos. I may not be the loudest voice in the room, but I’m the one making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Behind every group, every intake, every plan — there’s a system. That’s me. This isn’t just a job. It’s personal. Because I know what it feels like to be counted out… and I also know what it takes to make a comeback stick.

Whether you need support navigating recovery, mental health, education & certifications, Medicaid & Vocational Rehabilitation, or re-entry into the workforce, we'll walk beside you every step of the way.
