Our Certified Peer Support Specialists walk beside you — not ahead of you — with empathy, guidance, and real-life insight into addiction, recovery, reentry, and trauma healing.

Recovery Coaching & Goal Planning

We help you define what success looks like in your life, then break it down into achievable, supported steps. Weekly coaching includes goal setting, accountability, and progress tracking.

AI & Digital Workforce Training

We teach you how to use AI and digital tools that employers are already using — giving you an edge. We also guide you through free and affordable online learning platforms to build credentials and confidence.

Resume & Career Readiness Support

We help you build a resume that reflects your story, your strengths, and your future — not your past. You’ll also learn how to apply for jobs, interview, and build your digital presence.

Medicaid, Grant, & Vocational Rehab Navigation

Our team works directly with clients to apply for and utilize public resources. Whether it’s Medicaid billing, education grants, or vocational rehab programs, we make sure you get access to what you qualify for.

Workshops & Group Support

From trauma healing to tech skills, our group sessions are safe, shame-free, and built around real growth. Many are peer-led, community-driven, and focused on healing and hustling.
